About Caitie (Heinrich) Poggione:

I had been in contact with multiple recruiters before meeting Caitie. Her active listening, upbeat attitude and super responsive communication far surpassed the rest, and I am very happy that I went with her for my first travel contract. She made sure all my questions were answered and proactively addressed any questions I didn’t even know I had. The whole process of applying, interviewing, and onboarding went great. Cassidy is quick to answer texts/calls and respond when her recruits need anything, even if it’s not something related to her job. She is also very hands off and doesn’t micromanage. She works hard to find recruits the best, highest paying jobs.

I am an SLP who is looking for somewhat of a niche setting/caseload. Caitie has been great about learning exactly what I want and diligently searching for it. When she brings a potential position to my attention she is always transparent with not only specifics of pay and the dates needed but also what she understands about the setting and caseload. I never feel pressured to interview or feel like I am wasting her time. I have also worked with recruiters from much larger firms and have not had nearly the timely and personal response I have had from Caitie.
