Caitie's ability to explain complex situations is at an expert level. She tackled questions regarding pay, taxes and travel therapy with ease. On the phone, she was warm, knowledgable and efficient. Her follow up email demonstrated equally strong writing ability which matched her verbal communication. Caitie has an interpersonal ease that can't be taught.
