I am an SLP who is looking for somewhat of a niche setting/caseload. Caitie has been great about learning exactly what I want and diligently searching for it. When she brings a potential position to my attention she is always transparent with not only specifics of pay and the dates needed but also what she understands about the setting and caseload. I never feel pressured to interview or feel like I am wasting her time. I have also worked with recruiters from much larger firms and have not had nearly the timely and personal response I have had from Caitie.
