I transitioned to Madison when my previous recruiter moved on to another position. Madison is actually my 3rd recruiter, since I’ve been with Next Move. She has made the transition super smooth for me and began working on my behalf right away. She was able to get me my 3rd contract with Next Move, and I am very pleased.
