I was born and raised in Ohio. I have a big brother who looks out for me, but does get annoying sometimes...lol. No pets, YET!! I graduated from Ohio Northern University, where I studied pharmaceutical and healthcare business with a human resources concentration. I grew to understand and enjoy the healthcare industry. For most of my life I've been a swimmer, competing for 13 years in club, varsity school, and college. Being active is important to my lifestyle, health is wealth. I'm currently working towards an Ironman in Tempe, AZ with my friends, which is a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike and full marathon 26.2 mile run race in that order. Difficult as is, it's a process that we're willing to endure for fun... :)
Why I love recruiting...
To care for the customer (nurse) in choosing a qualified path that benefits everyone. The ability to help decide and guide someone into a job. Finding a healthcare professional who is comfortable working at that facility and building a relationship with them is satisfying.

Unwind and watch Netflix, Hulu etc. Relieve stress by working out - running, swimming, biking, yoga, or just walking outside when it's nice

Peter is an excellent recruiter and as my first out of state nursing assignment has gone over and above to make me comfortable, help with housing and explain how everything works step by step. Peter had worked hard for me to submit to several jobs not knowing if certain listings had been filled. Other than just waiting and waiting for untimely responses. Candidates are pretty helpless in these situations and have to depend on good recruiters to work for them.
