Her quickness to submit me for jobs when other recruiters were dragging their feet meant that I was signed to a contract before my notice was up with my permanent job! Amazing! My other recruiter who I have worked with in the past was quite upset when I told her but I explained that while you were waiting for my references still, Rachel had already submitted and set up an interview. Great job. My first travel job in about 10 yrs was nearly effortless because of Rachel and her awesome team.
