Rachel has been very patient and understanding. She listens and looks out for my interest. I appreciate her positive disposition. She always returns communication and it is returned in a timely manner. Rachel has been helping me every step of the way with my new assignment, not only with providing info on the position but also transportation, housing, and answering lots of questions regarding the site. In working around our schedules & different time zones, Rachel arranged contact between me and another traveler who is currently at the location in question, (Alaska).
