From our first conversation, I could tell that Susan Hamlin is a seasoned recruiter who knows how to identify great candidates from her conversational questions. Moreover, Susan is transparent in answering a candidate's questions with honesty and integrity. Loyal Source has a gem in Susan, which is a good indicator that Loyal Source has many more employees like Susan! This would be an excellent place to work.
Very good report she was very kind but unfortunately, I got offered a job I had been seeking prior. I went on a conference online and before I could say anything, she said I’m just gonna let you know we’re hiring you. We’re excited to have you and the only reason that I had that online conference for about 20 minutes was to see if I had anything else or any other questions I wanted to ask so I am going to be working in another couple of weeks and a little before that just doing virtual things, learning the computer system and such. But if I were going to look again, I would not hesitate to call Lynette. She is very knowledgeable very good at what she does. I was just already in process for this and did not know that I would be getting this offer and this will probably be one of the last jobs of my career and I will stay there as long as I feel, I am capable of doing so.
The entire process was a positive experience, one of the best I have had from start to finish with his professionalism, timeliness, relatibility, and kindness. There is nothing to improve upon from my experience - all positive!
