I immigrated from Ireland at the age of 7 years old. I am happily married with seven children ranging in age from 9 to 36 years old, I also have 4 grandchildren. I have been recruiting for over 5 years, and had 20 years of business development experience prior. I love recruiting, I feel like it's my calling. It is a production based role like business development, but the human connection is so much greater. You have a direct impact on a person's life and you can see the results of that right away.
