Paul Ulrich

Paul was very personable, knowledgeable, and, I imagine, makes anyone he interact with realize that they are not just a number. He seems to value the company and the services it provides genuinely enough to convey that feeling to those who he interacts with—that at least certainly was the case with me. I chose to refer one of my best friends to Paul because I felt it would be a mutually beneficial meeting. The timing could not have been worse in the market. My friend, being a first-timer in the travel industry, had to trust Paul and move quickly to adjust to the market. Im sure Paul worked diligently in order to secure her contract. I appreciate that I work for a company that supports people of his caliber. Consequently, I feel lucky to be a part of his team.
