Paul is always available whenever I need anything. He has been so amazing at getting me the jobs I want. I really appreciate his help because I know I can rely on him while traveling. I have already given his name out to other nurses who are not happy with their recruiter.
I had a few different recruiters before I found Paul. From the very beginning, I could tell he was different. He is hand down the reason I continued to travel and have great experiences. He was honest with me about all aspects of travelling and the jobs I was submitted to, including information about the hospitals and cities themselves. The hard work that he put in to know what each and every job and hospital was about was very evident. He not only took the time to learn about me as a travel nurse, but also learned about me as a person. He made it a point to learn about my interests, which in turn allowed him to be able to recommend jobs and hospitals that would not only be a good fit for me professionally but also personally.
He took the time to know what I was looking for as a traveler, and made sure that those needs were met. I never had to worry about being left alone in the event that something happened while I was on assignment because I knew he would have my back. Paul isnt just my recruiter, he's one of my closest friends. And that made my traveling experience one of the best professional and personal experiences I have ever had.
