Paul Ulrich

Paul is a closer. Most people understand what that label means. He is open, available, honest with feedback, and proven himself to be persistent and provides results when in hot pursuit for a new contract. I have yet to experience an unplanned "downtime" between contracts--which I am very grateful for. I believe that this is in large part because Paul and I will begin conversations fairly early about what criteria I have for the next job and what the market will pragmatically provide. This open dialogue-and I do have to admit that my history of following through when he suggest I do something-has benefitted us both. I have not plans to look elsewhere for any of my travel needs because they are fulfilled here. What's more, his actions and networking really how the quality of the people at Lead. I feel stoked to be a part of this company.
