Paul has always been so thorough and thoughtful. Always forthright with information that he feels would put me in the best position to make a decision that I can have full confidence in. Trust? Yeah, he has absolutely earned it from me. Although I am just starting my second year with LHS, I can honestly say that I feel lucky to have come across this company since I have managed to develop a trust in our partnership that other travelers don't seem to feel with their respective companies. I respect the value of relationships. Because of the way Paul carries himself and the values he conveys through our interactions, it's hard to imagine LHS feeling any differently.
