as a first time travel RN, Paul has been a blessing in this entire process. Always available to answer any questions and explains things so thoroughly. Genuinely cares about what you want in a contract and never made anything feel rushed or forced. Couldn’t have done this without his calming presence, advice, and guidance.

Paul has always been so thorough and thoughtful. Always forthright with information that he feels would put me in the best position to make a decision that I can have full confidence in. Trust? Yeah, he has absolutely earned it from me. Although I am just starting my second year with LHS, I can honestly say that I feel lucky to have come across this company since I have managed to develop a trust in our partnership that other travelers don't seem to feel with their respective companies. I respect the value of relationships. Because of the way Paul carries himself and the values he conveys through our interactions, it's hard to imagine LHS feeling any differently. Great communication and Paul really took the time to thoroughly walk me through the whole process and made sure to go in detail to make sure i am very knowledgeable on the subject of travel nursing
