Prior to ever speaking to me she was well aware of my background and had fully absorbed the detail of my resume. In addition to understanding me and my needs, she had a tight grasp on the position she wanted to submit me for, as well as knowing full detail of her client’s company and a deep understanding of the hiring manager who would interview me. She instinctively had a feel for how I matched the opportunity. On top of all these skills, Kaylee is also an accomplished communicator, she’s detail oriented and she is exceptionally efficient.
