About Jenny Burdick-Thomas:

Did great job representing me to merritt. But interview wasn't and interview as Merritt rep cut phone call interview and only gave description of the job and only asked my typical day of work at previous job. Feel blown off and no return confirmation from Jenny that I was not selected. I feel Paige already had made a decision before my call. Wasted my time prepping for interview call.

My resume was submitted to Anand Gopal. We then had an interview. Upon followup with Anand I was told that my resume had been submitted to the client but this was not true. Jenny had a second interview with me which was apparently to check that Anand had correctly recorded my experience. I thought Anand was nice and informative and I wondered why Jenny needed to check his work. In the end my resume was submitted 3 weeks after Kore1 which was unnecessary. Otherwise Jenny was knowledgeable and communicative. I would gently recommend that she put more trust in her employees and expedite things in the future.

I feel that KORE asking me to evaluate Jenny is premature at this point. It is very difficult to completely assess at this point. We have not heard back from the client. Unsure how to evaluate the “success”, etc. an evaluation should be done after the client gives us feedback.
