Mary did great. Please stop ding-donging me with the dumb survey. I am here to get a job. Submitting a resume is the elementary sand-pile part of Mary's job. I need Mary to close the deal. If Mary gets me an offer or a no-offer decision in a week or two that will be great. If Mary does not work on getting a hiring decision and Mary does not provide me with weekly status updates, that will be a waste of everybody's time. Your survey early suggests to me that your company priorities are incorrect. IDR's priority should be helping Mary close the deal promptly, not asking for my time.
