Grace is excellent with an upbeat personality. She described the job well and reviewed my qualifications to ensure I fit the position well. She is also straight to the point and handles everything promptly. It is September 24th, and I wanted to provide an update. Grace was fantastic, however. Grace never followed up regarding the position for which she submitted my resume. I was emailed after we initially spoke, stating she would follow up last week by the end of the week. I have emailed, texted, and called her and left a voicemail regarding the position. I have still heard nothing back. A follow-up would be so helpful. I stopped my job search after working with her. I would like to know if I need to move on. This is a little unprofessional for a highering agency, especially since they ask you to submit a review after you speak with them.
