About Cy Kotaska:

Cy reached out to me directly even though I had not sent an application to IDR. I appreciated his sense of initiative and the fact that he had carefully selected a role that matched my skills to a very compelling degree. The call we had was rather informal, and Cy summarized the role very eloquently whilst giving me plenty of chances to ask questions and feel comfortable with moving forward. The next steps felt very unhurried while being highly organized and comprehensive in covering various aspects regarding the client as well as practical facets such as the location and the potential transition. I felt that IDR was very supportive and professional as a company, and my interactions with Cy left me feeling optimistic and eager to proceed further with the placement.
