Carley was very inviting and friendly. She described the role, and she also asks clear questions that I could answer. Also, she helped me understand the job and gave specific details about the job and its role. She even help with giving me advice for submitting by profile for the job
I would like more information regarding jobs that I'm seeing on the site but not receiving information about (if I'm not mistaken). Victor does provide information on positions that I don't think are necessarily listed, which I appreciate.
I would however, like (if possible) recommendations on changes I might need to make (shorter resume, adding a cover letter, expanding experience section, etc.), or tips and advice on what would allow me to stand out and be more marketable to IDR's clients. Basically, what would allow companies to notice and hire me versus an outside candidate they might be considering.
Tyler is a very competent IT Recruiter, he is also a nice person, I felt comfortable talking with him and very glad to have gotten info about the job opportunity.
At the end I couldn't move forward with him because I noticed later that the job position he was talking about was the same position I had already applied through another recruiter. In case another opportunity comes up and I am a good fit, I wouldn't doubt in working with Tyler and IDR.
