About Elizabeth Lancaster:

Elizabeth was awesome...responsive, transparent and timely. We had a strange situation where the client posted a job for a project management role that would be subbed out to one of their clients. Made it through 2 rounds of interviews (one with the client and the other with the end customer. It was strange in that the end customer asked for someone with PM skills and experience in data centers, but the client who Elizabeth worked with really had no idea about the duties and responsibilities of the role itself. I was actually asked in the first interview by Computacenter, to tell them more about the role. Turns out the end customer was SAP (who was also currently going through layoffs), and what they were really looking for was essentially an administrative assistant to fill in for an employee while on leave. Again, Elizabeth was in a tough spot as there was no way for her to navigate the ambiguity set by Computacenter...but Elizabeth was everything that one could ask for in a recruiter...initial screening was great, responses were timely, follow up with client and their feedback relevant and timely, interview prep and suggestions helpful. In the end it didn't work out with the end customer, but I would work with Elizabeth again.
