He was excellent. Very thorough. Asked me if I had any questions. Explained the job. Just wish I knew a little more about the equipment that needs repair. I’m coming from the dialysis background. Anyway he was very friendly and I felt like if he was a representative of the company then I’d like to follow suite. Branch was awesome!
