Position Overview for the Order Management Coordinator:  

  • Analyze technical manuals and wiring schematics to accurately answer customer’s request regarding parts and equipment model numbers, compatibility and other semi technical questions
  • Accurately answer customer’s questions regarding product availability, pricing, order status, freight charges, pro numbers and other product questions.
  • Have the ability to multi-task in a high volume high pressure atmosphere in a professional manner.
  • Make decisions on whether or not an item may be returned or not, and issuing an RGA when warranted.
  • Tactfully handle confrontational or stressful interactions with customers on the phone.
  • Investigate and resolve shipment errors, damaged freight and billing errors that may occur and issuing credits when needed.
  • Monitor and expedite all open orders to insure customer’s delivery requirements are met by working closely with the warehouse and logistics departments to insure orders are expedited and routed correctly.
  • Correspond to all phone and email requests and questions in a professional manner insuring quality customer care and service.
