Data Engineer – Cloud & BI

Location: Orlando, FL Schedule: Onsite

IDR is seeking a Data Engineer – Cloud & BI to support data pipeline development and business intelligence integration within a cloud-native environment. This role will focus on building scalable data infrastructure using AWS and Snowflake while enabling reporting and analytics through BI tools like Power BI and Tableau. The ideal candidate is local to Orlando, FL, and brings strong technical depth in both cloud data engineering and BI enablement.

Position Overview / Responsibilities:
  • Design and build robust data pipelines leveraging AWS cloud services and Snowflake

  • Implement ETL/ELT workflows using Python and SQL to support analytics initiatives

  • Manage data integration and orchestration through AWS tools such as S3, MWAA (Managed Airflow), Lambda, and IAM

  • Optimize Snowflake performance, schema design, and data loading strategies

  • Collaborate with BI teams to deliver reliable, accurate data to dashboards and reports

  • Apply best practices in data governance, security, and compliance

  • Engage with business users to translate reporting needs into technical solutions

Required Skills:
