Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Software Engineer:

• Engage in on-demand incident management, ensuring timely resolution and support for maintenance requirements.

• Lead system upgrades and implement security modifications to enhance system integrity.

• Collaborate with our client's team to manage maintenance and ensure seamless operations.

• Utilize your expertise in ServiceNow and Microsoft SharePoint to optimize system performance.

• Develop user-friendly interfaces using REACT, C#, and JavaScript, contributing to the overall user experience.

Required Skills for Senior Software Engineer:

• Proficiency in ServiceNow and Microsoft SharePoint.

• Strong development skills in REACT, C#, and JavaScript, with a solid understanding of Java.

• Experience in vended solution installation, upgrades, and configuration.

• Comprehensive understanding of the development lifecycle.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
