IDR is seeking a Service Center Lead (Production) to support one of our top clients in Saline, MI; Memphis, TN; or Houston, TX. You’ll lead daily service center operations with a focus on rack production activity and ensuring accurate, efficient equipment flow across receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping—while maintaining strong inventory integrity and driving process improvements.

Position Overview for the Service Center Lead (Production):

• Lead day-to-day service center operations to meet customer requirements and project timelines
• Oversee rack production activity and coordinate workflow to keep work moving safely and efficiently
• Own inventory flow end-to-end: receive, verify, put away, pick, stage, and ship equipment
• Maintain inventory accuracy through disciplined system transactions, audits/cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution
• Keep facility operations running smoothly and communicate status/needs when leadership is offsite
• Identify improvements to layout, standard work, and operational processes; share recommendations with leadership

Requirements for the Service Center Lead (Production):

• 2+ years of inventory control / warehouse / logistics operations experience
• Proven experience leading day-to-day service center or warehouse operations
• Knowledge of inventory controls, audit readiness, and service center optimization practices
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); HCAP is a plus
• Comfortable with a schedule supporting a high-coverage operation.
• Not open to third-party recruiters or employers.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (now or in the future).
