IDR is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role is ideal for experienced recruiters specializing in construction and corporate hiring, with the ability to manage high-volume requisitions efficiently. The company operates within the construction industry and is committed to finding the best talent for their workforce needs.
Position Overview for the Talent Acquisition Specialist:
Manage full-cycle recruiting for construction and corporate positions, including project managers, estimators, engineers, superintendents, and support staff.
Partner with hiring managers and department leads to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, networking, social media, referrals, and industry-specific outreach.
Conduct high-volume requisition management, targeting approximately 8-10 hires per month.
Quickly identify strong candidates and close hires efficiently to meet staffing goals.
Requirements for the Talent Acquisition Specialist:
8–10+ years of experience in Talent acquisition.
Previous experience recruiting at an agency focused on construction or corporate hiring within construction general contractors/subcontractors.
Familiarity with ATS systems, preferably Oracle (ORC), or comparable ATS/CRM tools.
Experience recruiting high-level construction roles such as Superintendents, Project Managers, or Senior Schedulers.
Strong knowledge of construction job classifications, terminology, and industry standards.
