IDR is seeking a Workday Payroll Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Boston, Massachusetts. This role involves supporting payroll systems implementation and ongoing optimization within a healthcare environment, offering a dynamic and collaborative work setting.
Position Overview for the Workday Payroll Analyst:
Lead full cycle implementation of Workday Payroll system.
Configure payroll elements including earnings, deductions, taxes, and time tracking rules.
Act as a functional expert in payroll compliance, wage and hour laws, and overtime.
Own testing processes including test script creation, user acceptance testing, and defect resolution.
Translate business requirements into functional design and configuration.
Requirements for the Workday Payroll Analyst:
4 or more years of Workday Payroll or Time and Attendance implementation experience.
Proven ability to lead end-to-end implementations.
Strong functional expertise, not just technical configuration.
Experience working directly with stakeholders.
Knowledge of payroll compliance including tax, wage and hour, and overtime regulations.
