IDR is seeking a Application Operations Lead to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role is rooted in supporting complex SaaS applications within highly regulated environments, focusing on streamlining operations and resolving cross-platform issues efficiently. The organization operates in the healthcare industry, emphasizing compliance and operational excellence.

Position Overview for the Application Operations Lead:

• Serve as the single point of operational accountability for assigned applications and workflows
• Own incidents from intake through resolution, coordinating across multiple teams and vendors
• Act as the escalation lead when issues cross traditional support boundaries
• Eliminate ticket “ping-pong” across teams to reduce time-to-resolution
• Establish repeatable support patterns for complex applications and workflows

Requirements for the Application Operations Lead:

• Strong experience supporting complex, integrated applications in production
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues that span multiple systems, teams, and vendors
• Deep understanding of application workflows, data movement, and integrations
• Knowledge of identity and access concepts
• Proven ability to operate effectively without formal authority
