IDR is seeking a Hyperscale Project Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Memphis, Tennessee. This role is ideal for experienced project managers with a background in hyperscale data center projects, providing an engaging environment to oversee critical operational processes.

Position Overview for the Hyperscale Project Manager:

• Manage and maintain project controls, including production schedule monitoring and reporting into the program manager
• Implement risk mitigation strategies and resolve project issues proactively
• Support facilities operations by tracking and reporting issues, ensuring follow-through with the facilities team
• Coordinate activities related to data center rack build and inventory management
• Ensure strict adherence to onsite schedules, working Monday through Saturday with flexible shift options

Requirements for the Hyperscale Project Manager:

• Proven experience in project management within hyperscale or data center environments
• Ability to work onsite in Memphis daily, including overtime if needed
• Strong communication and reporting skills to liaise effectively with teams and stakeholders
• Experience with facilities support, including tracking and resolving operational issues
• Flexibility to work scheduled shifts (7am-4pm or 11am-7pm), with a readiness to adapt as necessary
