Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Recruiting Coordinator:

• Support the Talent Acquisition team with scheduling, interview coordination, conference room booking, and candidate expenses

• Promote a friendly and positive candidate experience throughout the interview process

• Develop and coordinate timely interview schedules for candidates and manage any schedule changes accordingly

• Assist with updating candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

• Assist with conducting reference checks and initiate background checks as needed

• Partner closely with Human Capital and Technology to ensure a successful onboarding process

• Assist with ad hoc Talent Acquisition projects

Required Skills for Recruiting Coordinator:

• Experience in a role involving multitasking and problem solving in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Prior exposure to Greenhouse or a similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS) strongly preferred

• Extensive experience using Microsoft Outlook and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize, while taking a proactive approach and maintaining a strong attention to detail

• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to develop relationships with employees at different levels, work with various departments, and foster teamwork

• Interest in developing a career in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition
