IDR is seeking a Sr Cogito Tools Systems Analyst to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves supporting healthcare data workflows and Epic reporting projects within a dynamic healthcare environment focused on operational and clinical metrics.

Position Overview for the Sr Cogito Tools Systems Analyst:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, validate output, and troubleshoot data issues.
• Support Epic reporting projects and manage data structures using Cogito tools.
• Validate and recreate report logic with strong SQL skills.
• Work with healthcare data workflows, clinical, and operational metrics.
• Ensure data validation, documentation, and quality review processes are maintained.

Requirements for the Sr Cogito Tools Systems Analyst:

• Bachelor’s degree with five (5) years technology or business administration experience.
• Prior experience working with Epic or supporting Epic reporting projects is highly preferred.
• Experience with Epic data structures and reporting tools, including Radar Dashboards, Reporting Workbench, and Slicer Dicer.
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to validate and recreate logic from existing reports.
• Familiarity with healthcare data workflows and common clinical or operational metrics.
