IDR is seeking a Dealership Software Installation Facilitator to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity with significant travel. This role involves overseeing the deployment and support of dealership management software solutions across dealership locations. The organization operates within the automotive industry, focusing on digital enablement and software implementation for dealerships.
Position Overview for the Dealership Software Installation Facilitator:
Serve as the operational lead overseeing, coordinating, and facilitating end-to-end deployment of dealership management software solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact, partnering with dealership leadership, cross-functional teams, and software vendors to ensure seamless transitions.
Drive project timelines, scope, and quality standards, proactively addressing risks and developing mitigation strategies.
Design and deliver engaging training sessions both on-site and virtually to support software adoption and user proficiency.
Troubleshoot technical and operational issues rapidly, escalating as needed, to ensure project milestones are met without disruption.
Requirements for the Dealership Software Installation Facilitator:
Previous experience in software implementation, digital enablement, dealership operations, or technical customer support strongly preferred.
Foundational understanding of Dealership Management Software (DMS), automotive business processes, and core IT infrastructure.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical problem-solving skills.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 90%) to deliver on-site support at dealership locations nationwide.
Demonstrated project management and multitasking capabilities.
