IDR is seeking a Technical Support Specialistin Forsyth, GAto support technology initiatives. This role provides Tier 1–2 support forGoogle Workspace and Chrome OS devices, including deployment, configuration, policy enforcement, and troubleshooting via the Google Admin Console. This is a hybrid role with some on-site work and occasional travel between facilities.
Requirements for the Technical Support Specialist:
Hands-on experience managing Google Workspace through the Google Admin Console
Experience monitoring Google Workspace environments, tracking usage, storage, security, file sharing, sync activity, alerts, and compliance
Chromebook deployment and management experience, including extensions, EDU apps, content filters, sign-in restrictions, and updates
2+ years supporting Google Workspace / Chrome OS environments in a Tier 1–2 IT or systems administration role (education preferred)
