Position Overview/Responsibilities for the IT Project Analyst:Manage and support the intake process of IT infrastructure requests, including triage and communication
Communicate effectively with assignment teams and customers
Assess current processes and recommend improvements
Work remotely with a flexible schedule
This is a 6-month contract position
Required Skills for IT Project Analyst:
Experience with IT Infrastructure projects such as Server, Telecom, Network, Data center migration, refreshes
Experience working within a hospital setting that has 24x7 patient care
Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with ServiceNow and Azure DevOps capabilities
Bachelor's degree and training/experience in Information Technology or Business Management, OR Associates degree with 2 years of technical experience
