IDR is seeking a Project Lead of Tiktok Shop to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Bolingbrook, IL. This role involves supporting all go-to-market functions of TikTok Shop within a fast-paced retail environment, ensuring successful execution of campaigns, activations, and collaborations. The position offers a chance to work across cross-functional teams and manage key projects that drive growth and innovation in the social commerce space.
Position Overview for the Project Lead of Tiktok Shop:
- Manage the TikTok Shop go-to-market calendar, including brand activations, LIVEs, campaigns, and new launches.
- Lead the execution of major activation moments such as UB World/FLC, LIVEs at brand IRL events, and other promotional activities.
- Coordinate efforts across internal teams and external vendors to bring to life influencer and celebrity-driven LIVEs.
- Support the planning and organization of events and activations that amplify TikTok Shop initiatives.
- Track program progress, manage cross-functional meetings, and support process development to streamline operations.
Requirements for the Project Lead of Tiktok Shop:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or relevant work experience.
- 3-5+ years of Merchandising, Buying, and/or Category Management experience.
- Passionate about social media and the creator economy.
- Highly organized with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
