IDR is seeking a Digital Coordinator to join one of our top clients for a hybrid opportunity in Dallas, TX. This role involves creating engaging platform-specific content, capturing and editing photos and videos, and supporting social media campaigns for a dynamic organization in the marketing and digital media industry.

Position Overview for the Digital Coordinator:

• Develop and execute content strategies across multiple social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Capture, edit, and produce short-form videos, Reels, TikToks, Stories, and photos to enhance brand presence.
• Write captivating captions, hooks, scripts, and on-screen text tailored to each client's voice.
• Collaborate on content shoots, create shot lists, mood boards, and support creative processes.
• Manage and schedule content using social media management tools, monitor trending topics, and engage with online communities.

Requirements for the Digital Coordinator:

• 0-2 years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or related fields, including internships, freelance work, and personal projects.
• Portfolio or work samples demonstrating content creation and social media campaigns.
• Experience capturing and editing social-first photo and video content.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
