IDR is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Nashville, TN. This role supports the corporate talent acquisition team for a leading organization in the automotive industry, focusing on full-cycle recruiting and partnering directly with hiring managers across various organizational levels.

Position Overview for the Talent Acquisition Partner :

• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes from intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to offer and closing.
• Partner directly with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build effective recruiting strategies.
• Source proactively to attract diverse talent across different organizational levels.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates.
• Support the organization’s employment branding initiatives to enhance talent attraction efforts.

Requirements for the Talent Acquisition Partner :

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of related experience required
• Fully competent professional with in-depth knowledge and experience in staffing and recruitment
• Experience in staffing/recruitment and business partner experience
• Strong understanding and ability to recruit in all levels of the organization
