IDR is seeking a ETL Developer to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. In this role, you’ll help design, build, and support scalable data integration solutions for a large, mission-driven technology initiative within a highly regulated environment. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional technical and business teams to ensure accurate, reliable data movement across enterprise systems.

Position Overview for the ETL Developer:

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes and data integration workflows across multiple source systems
• Build and optimize scalable data pipelines to support enterprise reporting and operational needs
• Validate data accuracy, integrity, and quality through transformation, cleansing, and reconciliation processes
• Collaborate with database administrators, business analysts, and application development teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
• Support deployments, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to code reviews and continuous improvement efforts

Requirements for the ETL Developer:

• 3+ years of ETL development experience
• Strong SQL skills and relational database knowledge
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise data integration solutions
• Expertise in data transformation, cleansing, validation, and documentation (e.g., mapping and transformation logic)
• Ability to troubleshoot complex ETL performance, processing, and data quality issues
