IDR is seeking a Testing Analyst to join one of our top clients. This role involves managing testing processes and data analysis within a large enterprise environment, supporting complex software programs and multiple vendors. The company operates in the technology or healthcare industry, providing critical testing and quality assurance services to ensure smooth system operations.
Position Overview for the Testing Analyst:
- Collaborate with the team to establish testing metrics and targets, ensuring clear performance indicators.
- Set up testing tools and processes to accurately capture and report on testing metrics.
- Retrieve test data daily to identify trends in all phases of testing and risk assessment.
- Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards at the project level, tracking testing schedules and defect resolutions.
- Analyze consolidated testing data to produce daily reports on progress, trends, and potential issues, contributing to continuous process improvements.
Requirements for the Testing Analyst:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in test management, data analysis, or a related field within an enterprise setting.
- Proven experience in analyzing testing metrics and generating comprehensive reports on testing progress and risks.
- In-depth understanding of testing process assessments and managing corrective actions from start to finish.
- Significant experience with test data consolidation and familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM).
- Relevant certifications in quality assurance, project management, or testing (e.g., ISTQB, PMP, or CSTE).
