Position Overview/Responsibilities for the IT Ops Solutions Architect:

• Lead the design and implementation of IT operations architecture, focusing on Microsoft collaboration technologies, end-user hardware, and observability. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and align technical roadmaps with business objectives. • Set architecture standards and design solutions that enhance IT operations and endpoint environments. • Engage in strategic decision-making and influence architecture direction in a hybrid work setting, onsite three days a week. • Oversee multiple projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and business processes.

Required Skills for IT Ops Solutions Architect:

• 12+ years of experience in Information Technology, with a focus on enterprise architecture. • Strong background in Microsoft 365, Teams, and other collaboration technologies. • Hands-on experience with end-user hardware and device ecosystems at an enterprise scale. • Proficiency in observability platforms such as Splunk, Dynatrace, or Azure Monitor. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
