Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Training Development & Delivery Consultant:
• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs for various skill levels, focusing on tools like Microsoft PowerBI, Snowflake, and Infosphere.
• Create engaging eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline 360 and review end-user training materials.
• Collaborate with the Government Experience MMIS Portfolio Team to deliver training related to system enhancements and upgrades.
• Support training administration, including LMS coordination, schedule management, and communication.
• Serve as a backup facilitator for end-user training sessions as needed.
Required Skills for Training Development & Delivery Consultant:
• Proven ability to translate technical concepts into accessible training content for diverse audiences.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with a solid understanding of adult learning principles.
• Experience in instructional design methodology and developing training evaluations.
• Prior experience working with state government agencies and managing project stakeholders.
• Excellent project planning, time management, and organizational skills.
