Position Overview for the Application Support Engineer: We are seeking an experienced Cloud Application Support Engineer to support and optimize our AWS-based SaaS application stack. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise application maintenance, incident response, automation, and compliance in serverless cloud environments. You will play a critical role in ensuring high application availability, rapid resolution of issues, and adherence to industry standards. Required Top Skills for the Application Support Engineer:Proficiency with ITSM platforms and a strong incident management background. (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira Service Desk, etc)
Hands on experience with Automation tools for patching, monitoring, remediation and report generation.
