Position Overview & Responsibilities for the Desktop Support Technician:
  • Provide proficient hardware, software, and networking support
  • Utilize operating systems such as Remedy, Zabbix, Maquetador - DAM, Power BI
  • Manage device lifecycle using CMDB and Remedy Asset Manager
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Monitor, update, and manage support tickets daily

Required Skills for the Desktop Support Technician:
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Experience with hardware/software types: NCR, Toshiba
  • Familiarity with device types: Bluebird, Zebra, iOS
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
  • Excellent customer service and technical support skills
  • Ability to explain technical issues or solutions to non-technical users
  • Experience in prioritizing and managing multiple open incidents or requests
