Responsibilities for the e-Commerce Business Systems Analyst: We are looking for an experienced e-Commerce Business Systems Analyst to support enhancements to our digital commerce platforms. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements into clear user stories and technical use cases. The ideal candidate will help improve user experiences and ensure solutions align with long-term IT strategies. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential. Experience in eCommerce platforms and Agile environments is preferred. Required Skills for the e-Commerce Business Systems Analyst:

• Over 8 years of experience in IT as a Business Analyst
• 5+ years of business analysis experience with the SAP Hybris eCommerce platform, with a focus on B2B solutions
• Proficient in creating user stories using Epics and breaking them down into actionable tasks
• Experienced in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including validation testing and test case execution
