Position Overview/Responsibilities for the IT Project Coordinator:
- Coordinate logistics, installations, and scheduling across nationwide sites
- Communicate directly with client sites (veterinary hospitals) to gather details and support project updates
- Track progress and documentation using tools such as ServiceNow, Smartsheet, Excel, Autotask, and Ninja
- Support PMO Lead and jump into calls as needed to troubleshoot or assist with escalations
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updates across multiple project tools
Must Have Requirements for the Technical Product Owner:
- ServiceNow, Smartsheet, Clickup, Excel Ansana, etc.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage moving parts independently
- Prior experience as a Project Coordinator or Junior Project Manager (multi-site preferred)
- General understanding of IT infrastructure (switches, servers, networking basics)
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills (white glove support while holding stakeholders accountable)
- Demonstrated success working cross-functionally and managing competing priorities
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, rapidly shifting environment
- Familiarity with project tracking and service delivery platforms
- Strong documentation habits and self-sufficiency
- High emotional intelligence and professional demeanor
- Adaptability and proactive problem-solving ability
