Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Customer Engineer:
Provide end-user device installation, repair, setup, configuration, and upgrade services
Assist with office moves and setups
Participate in minimal migration projects
Required Skills for the Customer Engineer:
Proven experience in end-user support
Proficiency in setting up and configuring IT software and hardware
Experience in repairing and upgrading IT software and hardware
Prior involvement in migration projects
Excellent communication skills
