• Lead design teams, ensuring the successful delivery of business requirements and product needs.
• Independently solve problems and collaborate as a team player, acting as a head coach within the design team.
• Advocate for users on cross-functional teams, focusing on providing an optimal user experience in terms of interactions and design aesthetics.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, editors, product managers, and project managers to achieve project goals and milestones.
• Partner with the research team to conduct usability testing, offering insights and creating prototypes for testing purposes.
• Translate business requirements, product goals, and technical capabilities into successful UX solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a UX Designer.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Zeplin, and InVision.
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign is a plus.
• Strong background in digital, interactive UX design.
