IDR is seeking a Senior MCS Solutions Engineer to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. In this role, you will partner closely with Sales and technical delivery teams to design, position, and support enterprise managed and cloud solutions. The organization is a leader in technology services, helping customers modernize infrastructure, strengthen cybersecurity, and improve business outcomes through scalable solutions.

Position Overview for the Senior MCS Solutions Engineer:

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor supporting enterprise customers throughout the sales lifecycle
• Lead technical discovery sessions to uncover business needs and translate them into solution designs
• Architect and present managed services solutions spanning cloud, networking, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and collaboration
• Build and deliver customer-facing presentations, workshops, demonstrations, and executive briefings
• Ensure smooth handoff from Sales to Delivery by documenting assumptions, risks, dependencies, and success criteria

Requirements for the Senior MCS Solutions Engineer:

• 8+ years supporting strategic enterprise customers in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, or technology consulting
• Strong hands-on knowledge across cloud, networking, cybersecurity, and modern infrastructure concepts
• Proven ability to lead discovery, develop solution recommendations, and support complex enterprise sales cycles
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value for varied audiences
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Product, Operations, and Delivery teams
