IDR is seeking a Program Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in New York, NY. This role is ideal for an experienced professional capable of leading large-scale, multi-workstream transformation programs within a dynamic enterprise environment. The organization specializes in strategic business and technology transformations, providing innovative solutions and driving change for complex corporate initiatives.
Position Overview for the Program Manager:
- Drive execution across a complex, multi-workstream transformation program.
- Collaborate with business, technology, vendors, change, and risk teams to manage program plans, dependencies, risks, and overall delivery.
- Bring structure to ambiguous, evolving initiatives while proactively advancing work through to completion.
- Manage stakeholder and executive expectations, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
- Support enterprise transformation efforts by facilitating planning, issue resolution, and decision-making processes.
Requirements for the Program Manager:
- 6–9 years of project / program management experience.
- Large, complex program experience managing multiple workstreams.
- Cross-functional leadership experience.
- Strong stakeholder and executive management skills.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments with strong communication and status reporting skills.
