Position Overview/Responsibilities for the IT Support Specialist:
• Deliver comprehensive technical support across the organization, addressing software and network issues both on-site and remotely.
• Conduct hardware and software upgrades to ensure optimal performance of computer systems.
• Manage and troubleshoot networked printers and other peripheral devices.
• Provide support for a variety of applications, including Microsoft 365 and cloud-based storage solutions.
• Engage in additional tasks as required to support our client's team.
Required Skills for IT Support Specialist:
• Proven experience in a technology support role, with a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 Enterprise applications.
• Ability to interpret and apply technical instructions to resolve issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Active Directory and related services.
• Preferred certifications include A+, Net+, Sec+, and Microsoft AZ-900 or AZ-104.
